Tesla nearly sets all-time high, adds $140 billion in one day of trading

Tesla has now hit a new All time high at $1,200.84 per share

With the announcement of their huge delivery beat on Sunday ( see more about the delivery beat here) Tesla stock has gained more than 140 billion during todays trading session.

The stock has also gained the biggest one-day gain ($143.22, post split) and market cap gain ($143.8B) in the companies history! The Stock had reached an intraday high of $1,200 per share [twice], briefly hitting a price equivalent to its ATH set in November

The Stock has now risen over $140 during intra-day trading, and has seen Elon Musks net worth grow by more than 25 billion in one day

Tesla stock has set a new ATH at $1,200.84 and is currently trading in the after market between $1,203 and $1,205. The new ATH of $1,200.84 narrowly beats the previously set ATH of $1,200.

We expect the stock will continue to rise until we reach Q4 2021 Earnings, due to a number of important catalysts

  • Financial Year 2022 Volume and EPS estimates will increase due to adjusted Delivery numbers and likely record setting Q4 numbers

  • Berlin Giga factory opens January

  • Texas Giga factory opens January

  • Investment upgrade in February

  • Biden’s BBB bill is passed in march, adding an $8,000 EV incentive
